At the risk of incurring 'Saint Elmo's Fire' and causing permanent damage to your poor old toes I took a 'Whirlwind' tour of my hosta gardens this morning.
'Rudolphs # 1' wants to know when I'm going to hook him up with 'Christmas Tree Gala'. He likes to get an early start on the season, but not so with 'June'. She didn't return this year.
My 'Fascination' with hostas is 'Something Different' comparted to my 'Great Expectations' that my stupid dog will stay out of my garden.
On my tour I followed the 'Blue Arrow' while drinking my coffee with 'Sugar and Cream'. I noted that my neighbor is a real 'Patriot' because he flew good old 'Color Glory' for the Memorial Day weekend.
It was 'High Noon' when I went inside for some 'Fried Green Tomatoes' with 'Guacamole' poured into a 'Donahue's Piecrust' and sprinkled with 'Crowned Imperial'. For desert I had a piece of 'Marbled Cream' cake with 'Sweet Susan'. The 'Sum and Substance' of this cake is better with a 'Spritzer' of 'Vanilla Cream' plus some 'Cream Cheese' with a 'Colossal' amount of 'Creme De Menthe'. 'Zounds'!!!! It will 'Knock Out' 'Lemon Lime' cake in a minute. Probably curl your poor old toes too!!!!
I got my 'Second Wind' and returned to the hosta garden. Of course, the 'Unforgettable' 'Shogun' was 'On Stage' making a 'Neat Splash' with 'Little Jim'. He's such a 'Crusader'!!! 'Little Wonder' that he likes the 'Bright Lights' so much.
On my return I noted that 'Brother Ronald' was giving the 'Golden Prayers' for 'Little Aurora' who was basking in the 'Moonlight' with its out of season 'Northern Halo', which we usually don't see until the 'August Moon'. Of course, the 'September Sun' will usually follow the 'Blue Moon' with 'Robert Frost' waiting in the wings 'Just So' we can watch for the 'Azure Snow' to finally fall.
