Heuchera Marvelous Marble

Heuchera americana is one of the easiest heuchera species to grow, but compared to the many vibrant hybrids available it is a little uninspiring. Marvelous Marble is the first seed strain that offers the show of shifting colors through the season that make many of the fancy hybrids desirable. Heuchera Marvelous Marble emerges with purple foliage that matures to deep green with purple veining. A silver overlay adds a soft highlight. Quickly forms a dense mound 8-12" tall and 16" across. 2 foot tall spikes of creamy flowers bloom earlier than most heucheras.
